This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I have encountered. It was my first and last through door dash. When I have previously ordered in person portions were generous, the person in line prior to me picking up my door dash the person making the bowl could hardly get the top on the portions were so generous. I ordered 3 Burrito Bowls. 1 chicken and 2 brisket, paying for extra ($7.50) brisket on one. Hardly any extra brisket. The rice was hard, asked for and paid for queso cheese and salsa there was none on the chickenBurrito Bowl. Just very disappointed after nearly paying $60. Customer service was good though.

I would definitely order again. The steak and guac are so good and came in a real good portion. And the cilantro rice and steak were soooo fresh !!

The burrito bowl was excellent but the tortilla chips were stale and it was a large order of the chips.

I usually get 3 meals out of a Burrito Bowl but I will be lucky to get a 2nd meal this time. The freshness was off today as well. A little disappointed this time TBH.

Chicken was dry/overcooked/left in warming bin too long , rice is hard kinda dry and beans also kinda hard .. for $12 not worth it .. flavor is there .
