This was by far the WORST order I've ever had from Chipotle. When I picked up the bag it was super light so I felt like something was wrong. There was nothing in the bowl. You can see by the fill line. There was hardly any rice, about 6 scraps of chicken on ONE side of the bowl that were little chopped up bits, some hard; & vegetables that nobody bothered to cut up or cook down properly. There was an onion piece as big as my head. I really don't know if the vegetable ever touched the stove. Whoever assembled this order needs to have care redirection ASAP.

My veggies, pinto beans or brown rice is not cooked firmly, this is by far the first time I've have chipotle and my veggies wasn't cooked, but they can not cook brown rice properly..My bowl is very short on food portion. Only about a half spoon of chicken, if that😩🙄

The bowl was very full this time. However, the food wasnt seasoned. I get the same thing all the time and usually the steak has a lil kick to it. The tomato salad has a lil more tang to it. But not today unfortunately....they gave me the MrsDash bowl...Salt Free lol

Paid $9 for extra steak - almost $30 for a bowl & it ended up being a ton of rice w/ a few small pieces of steak covered up in salsa & sour cream. Don't pay or ask for extra meat as they clearly will not honor your order.

Extremely disappointed. Everytime I come here, there are things missing from my order. I did not get black beans or sour cream, and I got 8 total pieces of cold chicken. Food is way too expensive to do this.
