The Burrito had the meat on one side and the rest of the ingredients on the other. The rice was hard. Wish I could give it a zero. Waste of money. West Farms Chipotle is 10x better. Need to hire new staff because they are terrible. The Burrito Bowl rice was hard. Both were cold like never before.

Okay so I know for a fact they got new workers because the FOOD WAS AMAZING!! Packed perfectly, and to a perfect portion. And the rice was perfectly cooked ifykyk but Great! Definitely would order Again &Again

The past few times I've ordered everything has been skimp. The bowls are less full and my burrito was so small I could wrap my entire hand around it and eat it with 1 hand. It looked kid friendly. The quality has declined dramatically.

My order didn't follow direction and every time I ask for sour cream in my Burrito Bowl, they overdo it and make it soupy. That and they are real stingy with rice; one scoop of rice and a buttload of cheese and sour cream. Ew.

the rice is so flavorful compared to the chipotle near my house. it was also packaged very carefully making sure my drink did not break nor crush my chips or burrito bowl
