Whoever made my burrito bowl on Saturday on October 26th did an amazing job. They deserve a raise. This was my first time ordering from chipotle. I will be ordering from here again. As you can see,my burrito bowl was full to the top. Thank you again. It was very good. Chipotle didnt disappoint me for this being my first time ordering.

The rice was so hard. It seemed old. I only had a little bit of chicken in it. I was very disappointed because I order from this place all of the time.

Ordered the 3 steak tacos: steak was not edible...lots of gristle. The tortila shells were so thin, the food fell thru them when trying to pick up. Tacos were just thrown in aluminum foil....not in a container and all 3 tacos stuck together and fell apart when trying to peel apart. This is not the norm I've recieved in the past. Sad....not sure if I will order from here again

This is the 2nd time my order was wrong. I did not ask for beans or brown rice. The rice was not completely cooked. There was barely any meat in my rice burrito. Just disappointing...

Everything we ordered was fresh, hot, and exactly what we asked for. I had a burrito and the large chips with queso blanco, both of which were great. My husband enjoyed his burrito bowl, and my daughter loved her burrito too.
No missing items, no mistakes, and everything was packaged neatly. We’ll definitely be ordering again.
