I usually LOVE chipotle. I have never had an issue until today. The burrito was messy, not wrapped properly and there was more sour cream and rice than any other ingredient. A veggie burrito with so little black beans I could count them is simply acceptable. I also ordered double wrapped and they were just stacked instead of using them to wrap it properly. Disappointed fo the first time from them. Driver was great though.

Today was my first time ordering from this chipotle and let me just say that I am so disappointed. Based on the quality of my food, the employees are clearly careless. I ordered a large bag of $12 chips and queso and there were like 10 total chips in the bag (which were very salty by the way). My burrito was absolutely disgusting. The tortilla wrap was either insanely stale or overheated because I couldn't even chew it off. On top of that there were so many missing ingredients and they put an absurd amount of sour cream, which tasted disgusting. I felt like I was having a sour cream burrito. On top of that, I paid $4 for guac in the burrito and there was no guac. I can honestly say that I'm going to forever stick to the East Longmeadow location. I expected this location to be a lot better than the other locations considering that they just opened but unfortunately that is not the case. They pretty much just hired anybody and everybody and didn't even take the time to train them clearly just because they wanted to open up so quick.

I always order here and the last months I have problems every single time. Last time my quesadilla had no chicken at all was basically all cheese and this time even tho i also paid almost 6$ extra to have more chicken I didn't even riceve a normal portion. The bowl was half empty and I had only rice and beans and probably half piece of chicken. I'm seriously tired, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and order again thinking that was just a mistake made once but now is more than the 3rd time I've had issues and is unacceptable.

I picked up the bag and due to the Burrito not being wrapped properly it leaked into the bag caused it to burst open. The Burrito Bowl fell half on my stairs and is inedible. The burrito it's self is only edible with a fork it will not stay together
