I had to change my rating aftereating the food. I originally gave this location a thumbs down due to not being greeted at the window, asking my name times and taking 30 extra minutes to get my order. However, they made up for it with great portions and the veggies aactually tasted grilled and smoked. That was the best Chipotle have had!

I love your food, you are always on point. Until today. Taco was 2/3 sour cream with a touch of other ingredients. Salad had zero fajita veggies and the whole bowl was .... wet. Absolutely missed the mark today, I'm glad it wasn't my first experience with you because it would have been the last. Just honest feedback.

It’s good, but every time I order the guacamole, it’s a bit dark, and the chips are too salty it’s not the first time this has happened

this is the worst chipotle location ever. the food is such a hit or miss every time. the chicken was bland and awful and i had an avocado peel in my guacamole.

Spoke with manager Brianna as our pickup person was turned away when the order was already ready. We put in a group order first time for our office to give your new Chipotle our business to be disappointed. The manager Brianna actually mid sentence of me making her aware of our issue put me on hold to answer another customer. A DM should probably go over customer service skills.
