Whoever put this bowl together forgot half items requested. I had a total of three pieces of small steak that I paid extra for and the rice wasn't cooked whatsoever. I usually love this place but I'm actually disappointed.

Disappointed once again. Burrito bowl came with extremely rare steak, very little cheese & very little guacamole despite paying extra. The whole bowl had an overwhelming amount of onion & jalepenos. Used to be a fan of chipotle but over $19 for a bowl before tipping the driver is ridiculous at this point.

A bit disappointing today as the rice is either undercooked or dried out from sitting on the serving line too long uncovered. Not pleasant to eat. Also a lot less beans and guac today. I think I'll skip ordering at this time in the future. I've had great luck ordering after dinner rush time.

As a frequent customer I am disappointed to already notice a decline in consistency and employee demeanors.
Food tastes slightly sweet and watered down like all the flavors are dull. Portion size varies every order making it frustrating experience and question employees efficacy. Freshness is always awful so I don't even bother with fresh produce. Definitely won't be back to this location. I'd rather drive to Medford.

Veggie bowl was great! I was worried bc online reviews said portions were skimpy but that was not my experience. Everything was fresh and tasted great with large portions. Also they were super fast with making it. Will definitely order again.
