The vegetables are burnt! Rare experience and the bowl is so spicy for no reason.

A couple of our toppings were missing from our burrito bowls. The guac was incredibly spicy. Usually the service is much better.

Kids meal was so spicy my child couldn't even eat it. The steak was so rubbery and wasnt cooked half of it. The rice was hard, and all tomatoes we're hard and gross tasting. And spicy so much for no reason. Worst experience.

Chips were stale . Tacos were mostly sour cream . No chicken etc . Very disappointing

Workers obviously don't take pride in their work. Food was just thrown into a container with the wrong ingredients. No napkins or utensils given. I love chipotle but would NEVER order from this particular store. Do yourself a favor and go to the one a little further away
