Love chipotle but this store is inconsistent. Sometimes it's spot on, delicious and well prepared. Other times is bland and looks like it was prepared with little to no care at all. Tonight was bland rice, almost no chicken in burrito and the guacamole was half brown and not fully mashed with a half an avocado at the bottom of the cup. It's just disappointing. I'd love to frequent the local chipotle but I'm tired of being disappointed.

The bowl was delicious and the portion was huge. Whoever was in the back killed it. the fresh veggies made the bowl light while being enough to fill you up. I would order again .

I don't know who was in the kitchen today on 06/05/25 but the way my tastebuds have been BLESSED by this Burrito Bowl with honey chiptole chicken. It was porioned precisl and everthing was fresh THANK YOU !

I ordered a salad, which supposedly had supergreens, lettuce, kale, spinach and according to the picture red peppers and onions.
The two salads I ordered came with lots of rice, pinto beans and lettuce. I did request that brown rice and pinto beans be added. The bowls I received were bowls of rice and chicken with a small amount of lettuce which is not what I would call a salad. See photos attached. The bowls were sloppy looking as though the food was was thrown in the bowls, splattered all over the sides
as though no care or concern was given when they put the food in the bowls. The food was not appetizing and did not taste good. I did not feel safe eating it. I ordered through DoorDash. Will not order from this store again.

The food quality is decent. However, I will likely not order delivery from this location ever again. First time I ordered chips and queso not long ago: I was surprised how the bag was maybe given the tiniest scoop of chips, pretty much empty and not enough for even one person to enjoy. I gave them another try, spent 10 dollars on large chips and queso: this time didn't even get any chips. The food was also pretty cold on arrival (no significant delivery delay).
