Food was cold even though I picked it up myself and was already there when I got the “ready” notification. The rice was completely clumped together like it had been sitting lukewarm for hours. I ordered a large bag of chips for $2.75 and there were literally only 10 chips in it—no exaggeration. The employee did give me another bag, which I appreciated, but overall the food was disappointing and definitely not fresh.

I purchased the burrito bowl. Both the sour cream and the black beans were missing from my order. Hardly any cheese or corn salsa or guacamole were in the dish so the food is very dry tasting. The paper bag was ripping open because my water bottle was added to the bag.

Very little food was in my bowl, way too much sour cream. I order from this restaurant all the time and this was the first time I was not happy with my order . I paid a lot of money for a little amount of food.

The chips were stale and cheese was cold. Not worth the $8 for a large when the same thing but better would be $5 elsewhere.

Was so good I love chipotle they have the best bowls they bowl be so fresh they chicken is amazing and they fill it up I love chipotle so much
