I ordered a salad and got one giant piece of uncut romaine. Very heavy rice and maybe 3 pieces of chicken. Instead of the vinaigrette that I ordered, I was given some other type of sauce which was too spicy for me. I would not order this again, it was disappointing.

The ratios were way off in this bowl. I've had this meal over 100 times. This time it had MAYBE 10 chunks of chicken. And I'm all for extra sour cream... normally find there to not be enough. This time, Chipotle served me a sour cream soup bowl.

They have them competitors, but I think they've mastered the formula best of all (though Moe's might give them a run for their money). In particular I love the quesadilla (with carnitas), but the burritos and bowls are also excellent. Everything is quite customizable. Only criticism is the so called "Mexican sodas" are a total gimmick --- twice the price for half the volume, plus you need a bottle opener for them. If you can purchase your drinks elsewhere, then you really can't go wrong with the rest of the menu.

One bowl was loaded with ingredients and the other had maybe a scoop of rice. Everything was cold, the kids meal didn't even come with fruit. The burrito looked like it came from Taco Bell, last time I went in and got one the thing was so big I couldn't finish it. I know it's a Friday and was probably busy but still not an excuse.

I was pretty disappointed with my recent order. The portion size was extremely small compared to what I’ve received before. Considering the price, it didn’t feel like a fair value. I don’t eat much, and even I felt like it wasn’t enough. Just hoping for better consistency in the future.
