There was very little meat on all 3 of the bowls I ordered and the chicken was very hard and dry. Every time I order delivery I have an issue, never when ordered in store though.

Steak bowls have been repeatedly littered with pieces of fat that should've been trimmed from the meat before it was prepared. I've taken it up with the folks in the restaurant and my complaints weren't taken seriously. Chipotle corporate would not be pleased to know what customers are being served.

Chipotle is a staple for me now. As long as they actually fill the bowl well of course. Getting a burrito is the safer route for me. The Side of Red Chimichurri is a welcome addition and gives the bowl something fresh to keep things different.

The burrito was underwhelming and looked about 30% smaller than what I've normally experienced from chipotle. It was hands down the most noticeably smallest burrito I've ever had from this chain...What gives?!

There was a lot of fat from the meat that was in the burrito bowl. The store also did not pack the chips we had ordered and the regular burrito we ordered was much smaller and rolled poorly compared to the last time we ordered a burrito. We tried to call the store directly and couldn't get ahold of anyone to talk to. For spending a little over $100 dollars to feed 4 people we felt the quality did not match the price and we were very disappointed. Please work on the quality and consistency of the meals and product packaging. Thank you.
