Door Dash service was great. Honestly feel like if you are not there at Chipotle watching them make it, you get a huge pile of rice and a sprinkle of other ingredients. I put a note on if they were out of any ingredient to cancel and notify. Ordered carnitas, got a mix of carnitas and chicken, sprinkle of cheese and hardly any veggies or pinto beans. 2nd bad takeout, last chipotle

The food was packaged poorly and they were out of chips and told the delivery person that I could contact their corporate office if I wanted a refund, which I thought was weird. My bowl was poorly made and had barely any meat or lettuce. Disappointing. I usually love their food, so will give them another chance, but this isn't the first issue I've had with them.

Was mostly beans and rice - the meat was......nearly non existent. Paid an extra $2+ for barbacoa for WHAT?

The smallest portion ever. It doesn't even fill the bottom of the bowl. Absolutely ridiculous for $20.

The white rice is plain. There was no cilantro or lime juice or salt mixed in. It would've been nice to be notified of that. The steak was very dry. The flavor wasn't there compared to other times.
