The Chips were extremely stale and chewy, They also did not put any silver ware in my order when I got a Burrito Bowl. Am I supposed to eat it with my hands? The portion size was also small considering I paid $20 for it. Doordasher was great, not chipotle. Would not order from here again.

Apparently a Large Side of Guacamole which the restaurant thinks is worth charging over $6 for is actually a half cup container filled only about one third of the way. this was seriously like 2 tablespoons of guacamole at the most... for $6.

Payed $7 for the tinist tortilla and a little steak.. rice was hard/not cooked fully... usually is very good but was purely disappointed this go around.

Everytime I have had an order from here, something is either forgotten in my bowls or something is wrong with my order in some way. This time I was angry, the lid onthe salsa wasnt all the way on and it spilled all over the bag, which I spent an extra $3 for. Then I paid extra for guac(not cheap) and only received exactly a tablespoon or less. Oh and rice was barely cooked. Still super hard.... way harder than the el dente rice. I have supported this business for a decade, but this is out of control. Should not be sending food out this way. Please get better so I can enjoy the food again!

The rice was still hard and there wasn't hardly any steak in the burrito. Just wasn't up to the standard that they normal have.
