Chipotle you all have got to do better. Your customers are paying about $14 for a bowl and you all are packing it with so much rice. It's ridiculous in your new chili lime chips I can count how many is in the bag. You get way more chips and a bag from your local convenience store.

Unfortunately, the rice was clumped together, there was barely any chicken & this isn't the first time it's happened!

Chips are stale, guacamole is brown and my burrito bowl tastes horrible. What a waste of money.

I had BARELY any meat ! And I had to pay extra for steak, that brown is from the beans. And I had a couple veggies in there which I hate

The salad is watery and I'm not sure why and the lettuce is wilted and gross. Barely gave me any chips for a large queso.
