I ordered the side of queso for $3.10, but what I received was a tiny condiment cup. The kind you'd get for free at other restaurants. Nothing like what was pictured. Not worth the extra $$.. False advertising!
Burrito bowl wasn't even filled. Please do better for your customers..

Ordered steak burrito, the taste was good, but there was far more gristle than meat! You pay more for steak than any other protein It was largely unbeatable!

I love chipotle but recently they've been really slacking.The lettuce was to be on the burrito bowl but nope they put little drops. ridiculous for the price paid

Half of my food was missing and the one thing I actually got, salad, was half full with literally 3 tiny pieces of chicken. It was a very poor showing on Chipotle's part.

The steak was actually inedible. It was so hard. I guess it's closing time so ig that makes sense. The rice was also very hard and was undercooked and I couldn't tell if it was brown or white rice. The rest of my Burrito Bowl was good. Just the freshness was lacking
