The chipotle in Bay Plaza Mall never disappoints. The food is AMAZING. The portions are great and the food is fresh, down to the vegetables. I would definitely order from them again!

I wish we could just get what we paid for. I ordered a sofrito Burrito Bowl with half barbacoa and all I taste is barbacoa....no sign of sofrito anywhere. I opened the container and it smelled sour despite ordering at 12 pm. And the chips are so hard and stale....so very disappointed.

I paid almost $4 for chips and there were hardly any in the bag. Rip off!
