• 17/12/23The Three Tacos barbacoa had a terrible consistency, it was like "beef hash" instead of shredded beef. Three tacos for nearly $12 is over priced. The Burrito Bowl was good but for the extra nearly $4 for carne asada, the steak at no upcharge would have been a better value. The corn Chips & Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa another disappointment the corn was like firm canned corn not fresh corn. The Side of Queso Blanco was bland. Not what we have had at Chipotle in the past, very disappointing.

• 8/8/22Rice was very citrusy. You can tell whoever is on grill isn't measuring correctly. Also burrito was built wrong. The ingredients weren't evenly placed. Started on one end and there was only rice and beans I didn't get to the other ingredients until over halfway which left me with sour cream and cheese bottom. Very unpleasant. Please retrain your staff. Dissatisfied

• 9/10/22A normal burrito bowl order only contained half the bowl. I can literally count 5 pieces of chicken and 5 pieces of steak from the bowls i ordered. A joke for $11 or $12

• 24/4/23I'm still in denial about the overall drop in quality with all chipotle restaurants. portions are way off, fajitas soggy like they've been in the pan all day, steak is always overcooked because of their food prep standards, white rice quality is underseasoned and old, guacamole oversmashed, chips grossly undercooked and chewy. the standards for chipotle has just fallen off the face of the earth... try a local mexican joint or another fast casual. I'm done giving them more chances.
