Food was cold, beans hard, 5 pieces of chicken for the whole bowl & guacamole was brown and taste sour. Had to throw my burrito bowl away . A waste of my hard earned money. Will never eat from this restaurant again.

Good quantity! The complimentary Guac is big and seems fresh. the Quesadilla is toasted well.

This thing was swimming in sour cream. More than even if I requested extra which I didn’t. Beans were undercooked, meat was slightly chewy and it was all OVERSALTED. I ordered and then read reviews and hoped it wasn’t the case but this was beyond the worst chipotle I’ve ever had in 20 years in nyc. The order arrived promptly but it just felt like the training of preparation is lacking

My Burrito was all toppings no protein and they forgot my the chips from my Chips & Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa. And it was almost 70$. 10/10 would not recommend.

the rice in the bowl was undercooked and there was only 5 pieces of steak, I WILL NEVER ORDER CHIPOTLE FROM THERE EVER AGAIN
