The portion size was smaller than the bowl itself! With everything I added it should have come up to the top of the bowl but didn't. The amount of actual food (chicken and rice) was so little that I couldn't even taste it. The rice was mushy, and the lettuce was hard. I probably will order again but super disappointed in this order!

Most disappointing meal I have had from Chipotle. I understand I ordered at 4pm in the afternoon but it was clear that every ingredient was leftover from the lunch service. Chicken was dry and crunchy, rice was mushy and everything was just thrown in the containers. Super disappointed!

I paid $25 for a x2 meat Burrito Bowl and it was far from doubled. Also barely had any rice. In addition to all of that i got a huge avacado chunk that was not ready to be eaten. It was a rock.

They said someone took my order so we waited a hour just to find out it was sitting on the shelf. Food was disgusting and the $11 Burrito Bowl had barely any food in it, ended up giving the whole thing to my 1 year old and he finished it in 5 minutes

The little bit of steak "" they put is very fatty and chewy I don't even eat that the ranch was very very unflavored test just like seasoning powder definitely not happy
