I got a Burrito Bowl and the portion was small and it wasn't fresh tasting at all it was kinda gross and so was the Side of Queso Blanco. I normally get chipotle and it's my favorite but it was disappointing today.

The burrito bowl was good. Could have used more meat . The honey chipotle chicken on the taco was sweet and gross.

Barely any chicken in my Burrito Bowl but the Tortilla on the Side says still warm when it got here Side of Queso Blanco seemed way smaller than normal tho

I understand when it's late that sometimes you might be out of things... but if I go to a chipotle when it is the evening shift it is NEVER the same. It has happened multiple times when (and better than when I get none of it ) they literally put strictly diced tomatoes and strictly semi frozen corn in my bowl bc they didn't make the actually recipe and didn't have anything else. It's a bad look and if I didn't know how good chipotle CAN be and was a new customer coming in at a later time, I would NEVER even think about coming back. Especially if I order it on DoorDash. I was a driver and would stop at chipotle 3-5 times a week for lunch. ALWAYS great and hot and the best. If I go after 5 or 6 o clock, good luck. I walk out half the time bc they NEVER have fajita veggies, NEVER have vinegarrttes, usually only have 4 people working (kitchen, line, register, to go/door dash and that's an issue bc there needs to be that many more ppl there. I love Chipotle but changed to a different job and so I want it for dinner and not lunch, but I'm finding that I don't want it at all bc it's not even HALF as good as it was when I was able to get it for lunch.

Tried Chipotle, was not impressed. We ordered a large chips with guacamole and didn't get the chips. The honey chipotle chicken was tough and chewy. We won't be back.
