I ordered the burrito bowl brown rice was very crunchy, hardly any chicken or black beans. The lettuce was not shredded and there was the core of the lettuce head in my dish. Not romaine lettuce as it was suppose to be. Also missing the sour cream. I don't like making bad reviews but guys you need to do better.

The rice was a bit hard, steak tasted very bland unlike chipotle usually has. Burrito was not fully wrapped.

Burrito was sloppy, tasted like chemicals, and fell apart quickly, and the Burr Bowlito was drenched in sour cream and guacamole and was soggy

Paid for a bag of Chips and there was about 20 total chips inside, if that. Paid an extra $2 for steak on the Burrito Bowl and there wasnt a whole scoop on there.

I placed a order and wanted to note my wife has a severe tomato allergy. Online said you had to call the restaurant with special instructions. Little did I know you can't call them. Only automated. And on a $30 order. Only refunded me $11.29
