Messed up both burrito orders. Did not follow ingredients at all. The steak and chicken were the fattiest, gross pieces and minimal. Chips are not cooked all the way. Very inconsistent and disgusting. Pinto beans weren't even cooked all the way. Save yourself time and money and don't order from this location.

This location is not good. They barely put anything in my Burrito Bowl and gave me cilantro lime sauce instead of guacamole. Mistakes happen and I'm very understanding, but there is an issue every single time I eat here, plus the food quality is not good. I'm not sure why there's such a huge difference, but every other location in Charlotte tastes better than the one on Park road. It's a brand new location and they are not even close to hitting the mark.

This location never disappoints, I would have took a picture but it's so good i immediately dug in !! thank you guys so much!! You guys rock !! Always give the right amount of food. The taste is amazing. Thanks again !!

They constantly forget the dressing to the salad so then it's basically a bowl with a bunch of lettuce and I don't eat much of it. It's a waste of money. They have forgotten my dressing more times than I can count. Outside of that the Chips & Fresh Tomato Salsa are 10/10. Their chips have a lime/salty tang that are perfect. If they could get my dressing right the Salad would be 10/10 too! Do better!

The food was fresh, even thought they were closing soon. However, I definitely would not recommend the side of Side of Steak because it was a very small portion for the price.
