Absolute BS! Literally 4 pieces of lettuce and ONE piece of pepper? This store SUCKS do not order! I paid $18 for NOTHING.

I am beyond disappointed with the quality of food I received from this Chipotle. The entire meal was unacceptable, especially considering what Chipotle charges. The chicken was so incredibly dry that it was completely inedible. Not only was the texture awful, but the appearance was genuinely questionable. It barely resembled real chicken, and the way it was cut was absolutely ridiculous. The pieces were so poorly and inconsistently chopped that calling them “pieces” would be generous. The protein is supposed to be the main component of the meal, yet it was so poorly prepared that I couldn’t even eat it. The pico de gallo was equally disappointing. It was nothing more than a clump of chopped tomatoes. No onions, absolutely no cilantro, and none of the fresh ingredients or flavor that pico de gallo is supposed to have. If I wanted a pile of plain tomatoes, that’s what I would have ordered.
What makes this even more frustrating is that Chipotle continues to charge premium prices while apparently allowing food of this quality to be served to paying customers. There is a difference between a meal being slightly disappointing and a meal being so poorly prepared that a major portion of it is completely inedible. I should not have to question the quality, preparation, or even the appearance of the food I’m being served. This wasn’t simply a matter of personal preference. The food was genuinely unacceptable, and I feel like I completely wasted my money. I expect better quality control, higher standards, and accountability from a company as established as Chipotle. This experience was absolutely not worth what I paid, and I would appreciate a refund.

I have never gotten anything but chicken in my bowl. It's always good. Today I tried carnitas. It was very small in comparison to the ones Ive had before. I literally had to look for the meat and there was hardly any! It's usually so good!

I ordered a chicken fajita salad with rice, corn salsa, salsa verde, sour cream and cheese. What ended up with was a bowl filled 2/3 with ice berg lettuce instead of salad mix , NO chicken, NO veggies, and No Salsa verde and about a teaspoon of salad dressing. To say I was disappointed is putting it mildly. I ordered the same thing from Chipotle on Wooster and it was excellent like I'm used to from Chipotle.
Managers at Chipotle, please make sure the lines people are trained properly and complete EACH item on the order correctly. There is no excuse for this!!

Queso didn't have any flavor and was real thick. The chips some of them were not done. The guacamole had huge chunks of avocado that I couldn't break up with a chip
