We ordered 2 Burrito Bowl entrees. One had barbacoa, and one had carne asada. Not sure if it was due to the discount we got, but there was hardly any meat on the carne asasa bowl. I'll put it this way - they are known for being stingy with the guacamole, and there was more guac than meat. It was mostly rice and beans, and barely any steak - which comes at an upcharge to the chicken bowl. Very disappointing 😞

I’m a regular Chipotle customer and have always been happy with the portions and service. However, I was extremely disappointed with my order this time. The bowl was noticeably about 50% less than the usual portion.
It honestly made me wonder whether the smaller portion was because I ordered using a discount. A discount should not mean receiving significantly less food.
I hope you can look into this, as I value Chipotle as a regular customer and would appreciate a fair resolution.

Usually this location is good but today the meat was dry and in huge chunks and there were burnt hard pieces of rice. Hard to eat honestly

4.50 for a mexican coke is ludicrous, the food is always great and my burritos are always packed. i feel like you're getting a fair enough price on the burritos, but 4.50 for a single coke and that's the only drink option on doordash for soda (no fountain drinks?) is highway robbery.

La Quesadilla estaba bien, los chips estaban viejos muy difícil de comer, el guacamole pareciera que tuviera dias en el refrigerador , no tenía buen sabor y estaba negro al llegar. Básicamente perdí mi dinero con este pedido.
