Ice cold!! Like from the refrigerator cold. The cheese wouldn't even melt. Then the LARGE chips had about 20 chips. The queso was large but also cold! The driver had to wait awhile for the order & they couldn't even cook it!!!

These were the best bowls we have had in a long time! Everything was perfect. My only complaint was the "Large" bag of chips had about 20 chips in it. We paid $10 for a Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco & a Large Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa & did not have chips for them. We will definitely order again.

Burrito Bowl was good but this restaurant needs to work on consistency. We loved our order last time but this time the Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco the cheese was like glue. The Large Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa also was very thick with no liquid. The Side of Red Chimichurri has great flavor but is overly oily. The bowls did seem fresh & we will give them another try but I hope they learn consistency. If I order the same thing multiple times it should be the same each time.

I love Chipotle, but somebody must have accidentally spilled an enitire salt shaker on the burrito.... not joking. Massive chunks of salt. Inedible, unfortunutely. I will come back, but this thing had to have been a mistake.

This place gave me empty salsas and enough rice to feed a chicken. The quesadilla was more of a grease trap than edible
