Ordered a burrito with extra meat and it still came full of rice and barely anything else. The chips and guac had about 10 chips in the bag. Huge waste of money.

Third time ordering, definitely my last. Chips are always stale. They need to work on standard seasoning amounts at this location, because there is always something overdone. Either the rice has sooo much lime that it's literally sour, or the beans are overly salted to the point that you have to drink water after every bite. The one positive is the portions are more generous than most locations, but it is irrelevant when the taste is not great.

$30 is alot for a burrito especially when the steak has been sitting in the warmer for 45 minutes. Steak was hard there wasn't much cheese neither. Taco Bell way better value.

The guacamole was completely brown and the chips were so stale and salty :( I was very sad with my order

First of all no utensils. Second the sprite tore through the bag. Third one of the burrito bowls has missed the sour cream and added green salsa. And in all the bowls that had lettuce it wasnt even added to a good portion it was sprinkled on.
