I literally got a chunk of Barbacoa the size of an adult fist in my bowl. No exaggerating, I have pictures lol. The rice in both the kids meal and my bowl were hard as rock. My daughter's carnitas were also extremely fatty. A lot of pricey food in the trash. Bummer

I am incredibly disappointed with my bowl. I barely got any rice to begin with, and the amount of protein they gave me was an absolute joke. To make it worse, I paid extra for avocado and got a minuscule amount, but they had no problem completely drowning the entire bowl in sour cream. If I’m paying a premium price and extra for add-ons, I expect to actually get a proper meal, not a soup of sour cream. The portion sizes here are completely unacceptable.

The food is fresh and good, but it could be less salty in general. Too much salt gives you high blood pressure. You already give us a big portion so there is no need to add lots of lettuce to make it look bigger.

Ordered extra chicken on my burrito bowl and received the normal serving size with an absurdly large amount of rice. This is not the first time it has happened. This location has been becoming increasingly stingy with their orders and needs to do better

The chicken tastes a day old and the rice is a bit crunchy. Nothing in my bowl tastes fresh.
