Chips and guacamole were fine. This store doesn't let you add special instructions.also, if you want a burrito full of rice and little to no of your other ingredients this is the place to order from. My burrito was literally STUFFED with mainly rice. Crazy door dash is so expensive and the employees don't care to make sure it's up to par.

Didn't get what I ordered. The tacos had almost no meat and the steak was dry and burnt. I've had chipolte before and never had an issue. Tried to contact customer service to get the right order or a refund with no luck

I was right on time for pickup. Food was COLD, rice was very hard and in huge chunks, and there was about 1/2 of the food that would usually be in a bowl.

If the location is on Westfield Blvd, that store needs to retire. poor service when you visit, poor service when you order online, any other chipotle in the area has quality.

18 dollars for this size of burrito. Unacceptable my bowl I got was half full. Do better.
