Half of my order was missing. The half that I did receive was not portioned for enjoyment; there was way too much rice and not enough of everything else. The Burrito wrap was stale, not fresh, making it very hard to bite into. I ordered Chips & Fresh Tomato Salsa but only the salsa was in the bag at the time of delivery. I would not order again.

Chipotle Jax Riverside never misses an opportunity to mess up an order. No matter if you go inside, order through their app, and now via DoorDash.

My guacamole was very dark I'm concerned weather it was even made today and the worse part is you guys charge EXTRA for it... glad you guys put it on top I was was able to scoop it right off

steak Burrito Bowl barely had any steak in it and the pieces that were in there were mostly fat and hard gristle. I understand it was late but those bowls are not cheap especially on door dash the price is higher for delivery. never again. Got this food delivered to the ER downtown, we were starving and it came with no napkins or silverware.
