Barely any meat in burrito bows way too much sour cream and guacamole lettuce leaves while queso dip was solid not for dipping and chips were stale.

I never had this happen before but everything that was in our order had no salt in it. Chips had no salt the queso taste like it was simply just flour and milk. Burrito bowl including rice and chicken had no salt or seasoning. Burrito the same. Even my son's quesadilla meal had seasonless chicken. It seems that the restaurant literally ran out of salt or staff missed a critical step in prep.

The vegetables are burnt! Rare experience and the bowl is so spicy for no reason.

A couple of our toppings were missing from our burrito bowls. The guac was incredibly spicy. Usually the service is much better.

Kids meal was so spicy my child couldn't even eat it. The steak was so rubbery and wasnt cooked half of it. The rice was hard, and all tomatoes we're hard and gross tasting. And spicy so much for no reason. Worst experience.
