Rice was cold and undercooked. It was actually crunchy. Not good especially in the kids meal. We usually love the rice but today it was absolutely terrible. Everything else was ok but tough to eat with cold crunchy rice.

The fajita veggies are completely raw and maybe one scoop of chicken even though I paid for double. Hardly any Romain lettuce. Very poorly made bowl. This chipotle is definitely cheap with portions.

I paid $7 more for extra steak. There is no extra and there are huge chunks of just fat.

Negative 1000 stars. Too much guacamole on my bowl. Barely any rice. Chicken tasted rubbery. Do not order from here unless your watching them make your order. Then they have the audacity to forget my $5 drink.

its alright, wish they were most consistent with their portions. I never get enough of one thing everytime I order. Also, pretty expensive for fatty meat and barely edible rice :/
