The rice was hard. Found sharp, inedible pieces of vegetable in the food. The Tortillas on the Side were overcooked and hard to chew. The Chips bag was less than half full. This was the worst Chipotle had in my experience. Poor quality!

When I visit Chipotle I am served a proper portion, however when I have it delivered, the portion shrinks by at least 30%. This is disconcerting when you factor in how much more you have to pay.
While the flavor is there, none of the containers were more than 1/2 full.
I totally felt ripped off.

I've never had their Queso dip but I definitely wouldn't call it queso dip it more like paste even after you reheat it. Absolutely not worth $6. Burritos weren't bad but the price is higher and quantity lower.

They forgot all of our chips , but remembered the dip so we had to go buy some chips afterwards and our dips were cold by then. Barely put any protein in our food. The taste was meh, it was decently fresh but there were some hard pieces in my chicken Quesadilla. I will not be ordering again. Chipotle is not what they used to be

The Burrito was good. The Kid's Quesadilla was not. The beans were dry and the quesadilla was just okay. The One Taco was hard shell and very messy in the box so it made the shell soggy. I also did not receive the milk and fruit with the Kid's Quesadilla meal again. They forget it every time I order the kids meal. Suffice to say, I will not be attempting to order a kids meal from here again.
