It's almost weird to go into a Chipotle and encounter pleasant and professional employees, and a very clean store. I went during the lunch rush and the employees were friendly, quick and the tomatoes, salsa and onions were super fresh!
Best Chipotle I've been to in a while. Please rub off on the Willowbrook, IL location.

Worst Chipotle I've ever had. Not only did they get the order wrong, but the rice was hard - either extremely old or the bottom of the pot and over cooked. Huge pieces of lettuce that no normal person could fit in their mouth. Really dissapointing. Do better Chipotle.

Portion size was small barley got meat on my bowl , also I ordered one without cheese because my friend is allergic and they both have cheese on them. The lettuce is also not the freshest. I am not satisfied with my order

One of the burrito bowls were made without chicken (which it was ordered with). It was 90% rice with a very small amount of salsa and cheese on it so basically a worthless meal. The "solution" given to me upon letting them know it was incorrect was a $3 and change refund but I should have been refunded for the whole thing
