We ordered the build your own Build-Your-Own Chipotle as it's advertised on the chipotle website to feed 4-6 people and priced as such. The largest items arrived packaged without lids, stacked on top of each other with foil, and grossly underpacked in order to allow for such stacking. They were not even half way full. The rice amount received is roughly the amount of rice used to make 2-3 bowls maximum, not nearly enough to feed 4-6 people. Taste/quality of items received are on par with typical chipotle.

The past two times I have ordered, it tasted like someone dumped the salt on the chicken. Also barely any chicken in the burrito.

We ordered 2 bowls- the first order was wrong and very small portion sides. White rice instead of brown rice which was ordered. Small portion of chicken even though we added double chicken and paid an extra $5. The second order only had five pieces of chicken.

I'm always skeptical of ordering takeout Chipolte because of the problems some people have with it being skimpy. While it seems like you do get more if you actually go there, this time wasn't the case. The burrito and bowl were both jam packed. Delicious.

I love chip but I have to say I am very disappointed. I ordered 2 burritos. One was supposed to have beans and no fajita veggies but it had fajita veggies and no beans. The other burrito was right but it was about 90% rice and the rice was hard and undercooked. Also both burritos were like almost half the size of how they normally are when I go to the store. Not worth almost $40 ordering on doordash.
