The Amritsari kulcha was overcooked. The outside layer was too dark and burnt, which affected the taste.

I ordered Chana Chole Bhature which is too oily and giving me a feel of eating rubber. Chole was too salty, and texture is slushy like the mashed all hole in gravy. Overall, very bad food never wish to order again.

I really like the Chole Bhature but i think they can really improve the stuffing of Kulche . I wont say the were bad but i still didn liked them.
