The quesadilla was good and well filled. I urge Chulo's to add salsa to their menu along with options for sauces. I've eaten here many times and the food has always been excellent. The only suggestion is to have options for more "wet" food, like enchiladas and sauces. Those help with not only taste but with aroma.

Agua de Horchata/ Rice Water and Chilaquiles are good but taco, Gordita de Asada / Steak, and Quesabirria were not good. Overly greasy, steak was mostly fatty chewy pieces. Not worth the price.

Birria sauce was bland and for $20+ per order of birria tacos it should come with rice and beans
