The food was amazing!! I tried their chicken today and it was delicious. The customer service was very good when i went there to pick up my food they very polite and friendly. I will definitely come back to try something else. It was in upper centennial Hamilton

Worker making our food was completely incompetent. We ordered a Buy 1 Get 1 deal (3 tenders, a biscuit, a regular side ((fries)) and a regular drink). Obviously we bought 2 to get the deal- both ordered the same way. Then we paid $5 ($2.50 each meal) to upgrade to a LARGE drink EACH and have a SECOND side (both chose mashed potatoes). Yes this was a late night order and there was only one staff member on duty, however the convos we got were not complicated or hard to make. 6 tenders, 2 fries, 2 mashed potatoes, 2 biscuits, 2 dipping sauces, and 2 large drinks. INSTEAD we got: 6 tenders (if you can call them that from how small they are, more like little chicken fingers), 1 regular side of fries (that I had to argue for), 2 mashed potatoes, 2 biscuits, and 2 regular drinks. Argued with the woman at the front (after showing her my order multiple times) and she kept rolling her eyes and finally gave us large drink cups and made a batch of fries, though only agreed to give us 1 instead of the 2 we ordered and paid for. She didn't include our sauces (whatever) and when we finally got home an hour later we realized the 6 biscuits we paid for separately (like $7) was actually a pack of 4. Meaning 6 total rather than 6 + the 2 our meals included. Absolutely ridiculous customer service, stupidly overpriced for what you get, and a total waste of time and money. DO NOT COME HERE.

I ordered spicy wings but they were not spicy. Flavor was good. I realize it's easy to miss things but staff need to pay attention to the order.
