I ordered 10 chicken tenders, Mac and cheese, bread, and mashed potatoes with gravy. I received 7 chicken tenders. A box of regular fried chicken. Mashed potatoes with gravy, bread, and fried okra. I understand I still got food and shouldn't be mad but it's not what I ordered. I don't like chicken off the bone. It tastes like church's chicken, nice and crispy. The fried okra seemed old. The driver told me they had to fry the chicken so it took longer to get the order. I would not order from Genius location again.

80.00 bucks later the dasher had to wait an hour the chicken was horrible and the bombers were overcooked with no cheese inside. Close this store down, employees and management need training. Period!!!

TRASH STRAIGHT GARBAGE!!! I asked for spicy chicken got dried up original flavorless, hard biscuits, half full sides... I'm calling Corp. first thing in the morning they been giving trash service for a while now. Fed up!!!

I requested white meat breast and wings. They sent two greasy legs and a thigh. It should have been 4 pieces, not 3. Dasher called to tell me they were out of white meat so I asked for wings only. Not one wing
