wanted lg mashed potatoes as my side and got rice instead and it wasn't even a full container. in the future you should get in touch with the customer to get their choice of substitution instead of taking it upon yourself to substitute for them. Poor customer service in that aspect.

The chicken had no flavor. It was cooked way too long. It was cold. The only thing that was good was the biscuits. The apple pies were too sweet covered in a bunch of white frosting, which was unnecessary, so yeah, not the churches I grew up with.

The chicken appeared burnt. Definitely was not fresh chicken. I also ordered legs, wing and thigh. I however got breast, wings and one leg. My order was two legs, a thigh and a wing. I also chose sweet tea for the drink but got coke! Everything on my order was messed up.

Biscuits were fine. The chicken, not so good. While it was completely cooked, it tasted like straight up oil. It barely had any chicken flavor to it all. First and probably last time I order from here. Will stick with Bojangles from now on.
