I re-ordered since the last time was so good. I was not disappointed the food was fresh and hot. They deserve another 5 stars.

This chicken was old, dry and tasted terrible! I want my mone back! I was charg extra for Jalapeño Cheese Bombers® but got 2 mash potatoes instead. Im sure that is not equal in price.

The food arrived on time however when I received the chicken it smelled great at first but then when I open the box the chicken smelt burned The chicken appeared well put together however as I was biting into it it smelt burned . The biscuit was also a bit burned tasted but it taste the same. Furthermore, the chicken was salty!!! This was not my best experience with eating churches chicken

I ordered from the Church's on Cleveland Avenue again because Door Dash does not give any other option.
Once again they left off item I paid for pepper - how hard can it be to fulfill an order correctly.

This store just can't get it right. Door Dash needs to select another Church's chicken that can get orders right. I paid for a jalapeño pepper and they did not include it in my order.
This store consistently leaves out items paid for out of the order.
