I highly recommend this Church’s Chicken location. I usually order through Uber Eats late at night, and every single time the food arrives fresh. The chicken is always hot, crispy, and tastes like it was just fried. The Honey-Butter Biscuits are also always fresh, soft, and taste like they were just made.
The reason I keep ordering from this location is because I had the opposite experience at the North Road Church’s Chicken. They sent me cold chicken and dry, stale biscuits, and I actually had to request a refund.
The Lougheed Highway location, on the other hand, has been consistently excellent. Everything is always fresh and delicious, so this is the only Church’s Chicken location I order from now. Highly recommended!

The chicken was dry, oily and smelt like it was one day old. The gravy is too thick compared to previous order. The only good thing is the coleslaw. I hope the store can see this and improve for future order. Thanks for your time

Two pieces fused together in the fryer. They counted it as one piece. Whoever packed my food is the real MVP.

Not ordering here ever again. This was the worst ever. The chicken was cooked hours earlier, and then reheated for our order, and the apple pie, which used to be the best, is now the worst; it was so old I'm surprised there was no visible mold. The gravy was tasteless. This company has undergone a decline. We are not ordering from any Churches again.

Consistent, fresh, hot! The thighs can be a bit batter-heavy but every piece of chicken I've had from here has been juicy and perfectly seasoned!
