I've never had a single thing from Chuy's that I didn't love and eat every bite of. The deluxe tomatillo sauce on chicken or cheese enchiladas is SO bomb - I could eat like 25 enchiladas in one sitting with that sauce. Their rice is really good too, add a little queso to it and it's the best. Flautas are awesome too - very simple but so good.

I love the food here, especially the soft tacos. The homemade tortillas put them over the top! But whoever is putting these orders together is doing a shoddy job. This time around, all of the sauce containers were only 1/2 or 2/3 full, including the extra creamy jalapeño I paid for. My husband's side of refried beans couldn't have been more than two tbsps, lol. It was pretty sad.

I love Chuy's; It's my favorite tex-mex spot in town. But why is a cup of queso 12 bucks? It's good, but it ain't $12 good.

The meal could have been better with the flour tortillas firthe tacos packaged separately. They were a soggy mess. Tomatoes were tateless, pice de gallo instead would have helped. The chips were too salty to eat. Creamy jaloeno great as usual.
