• 1/3/26The beef & broccoli was advertised as a whole meal. It was only half beef & broccoli and the other half was rice. I thought I ordered vegetable lo mein, but I received one with a bunch of meat. That may have been a mistake on my part. However, the noodles were overcooked, so I wasn't able to eat them. • 6/5/26There was a mistake with my order and the owner (Ping) called me to make things right! She was wonderful to me and gave me my next meal for free! She was alerted to the fact that I was a loyal customer and knew what I liked to order. I would highly recommend Ciao King to everyone who loves Chinese food. I am sure that you are aware of how wonderful their food is... especially if you have tried it!

• 25/1/25Was a bit hesitant about ordering from here but I said whatever and did it anyway. Absolutely amazing. Food got delivered sooner than expected and was still really hot when it got here. Tasted amazing, and the portion sizes are really good too. 100% worth the price, though a bit expensive.

• 12/1/24Have never had an issue with Ciao King but tonight the C1. Mandarin Chicken looked as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I did call and let them know and they were willing to replace the meal.
