Cold stone's ice cream is always perfect, but the last two times we ordered coldstone online, one of our waffle bowls were left out. We ordered 3 last time, and 3 this time. But they left out a waffle bowl each time. I honestly wouldn't leave a bad review, hadn't this happened twice in a row. It's very disappointing.

The kids all enjoyed the ice cream cookie sandwiches. The shakes were terrible. Neither adult liked the shakes, the ended up dumping them out. Will never order them again from Coldstone, will order them from Sonic instead. Was definitely a waste of money for sure!!

Ordered waffle cones for each cup and did not receive them. It cost extra to add them.

Ice cream is always delicious, yes it doesn't come melted but that's fine that's jsut the price we pay for living in a hot state, The waffle cones are always amzing! Definitely would recommend!
