• 4/2/24Usually we have a great experience here but this time was not good. We ordered 4 medium ice creams, all of which were only half full with the toppings not mixed in. Very disappointing considering how much the ice cream costs.

• 21/8/25This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! I paid $17 for this ! And it's WAY below full! They put it in a larger container; HOWEVER, this is unexceptionable!!!
SO frustrated about this. This was entirely LAZY!

• 9/3/24This was my first time ordering from Cold Stone. The Chocolate Devotion® was not as sweet as I've experienced with other ice creams, but it was still delicious. I would have liked to of been given more marshmallows.

• 18/6/23I ordered like it size in the Cheese Cheesecake Fantasy® and the love itsize of the Cookie Mintster®. The Cheesecake Fantasy® was made right, but the Cookie Mintster® came in the like it cup with the waffle bowl on the side. I was a little disappointed on the size of the mint.
