• 5/2/26The REESE'S Peanut Butter Awesome Sauce with Butterfinger mixed is the best; It's always mixed perfectly. And this time I also ordered the Mix & Go Create Your Own Creation™ for the family: 3 big scoops of French Vanilla, Cream Cheese, and Pumpkin Spice with Caramel topping mixed. Excellent choices mixed in together. I highly recommend this place - there's no comparison to any other place.

• 6/6/25They had a special deal where you could buy 2 quarts of a prepacked container but I think they had to be the same ice cream, so I selected the Founder's Favorite. Having the 2 quarts allowed more ice cream to go around to the others. The other one I got is always a self-indulging treat, my favorite, Reese's Peanut Butter with the sauce of that same flavor. The sauce adds to the ice cream as if you're getting a double helping of ingredients. All in all, an excellent dessert to finish up a nice dinner.

• 15/4/22Above and beyond this time! I order every weekend and I always get a quart with three waffle bowls. This weekend I was confused when I opened my bag at first. I saw two small containers and three bowls and started to think maybe my order was wrong or I ordered wrong. Then, as I started pulling everything out to investigate I saw I had the quart I ordered, the three waffle bowls, and the two small containers. Scratched my head at the smaller two containers. Looked at them and saw that one held THREE peeps and the other, what I assume, was extra ice cream left over after mixing in my requested whipped cream. So cool!
I ordered the exact same thing last week, got my quart and three bowls. Inside the quart stuffed in and on top the ice cream was one peep. It was what expected as that's what it said the order would get. So, it's not like I was upset at that. However, I was just really pleasantly surprised at the three peeps when I received with my order this week. The employee that filled my order this week was kind enough to throw in three peeps, instead of just one, because of the three bowls I ordered (three bowls. three people. three peeps!) To top it all off they sent the extra ice cream leftover. So kind and thoughtful. I've never had anyone do that in all the times I've purchased from Cold Stone (both in person and via Doordash, and that's a LOT.) Final note, boy do I love the new Peep flavored ice cream. I would have never ordered it if the menu options hadn't changed. I usually get cotton candy flavor and, when I can, the oh so ever scarce and rare marshmallow. But Peeps flavor? Oh my gosh, Peeps are tops on my list with marshmallow and cotton candy. I LOVE all three flavors in any type of treat.
Thanks for going the extra mile today. Made my whole day!

• 7/3/25What a great way to finish off a great dinner... ice cream any way you want it (tonight I had a Create Your Own Creation ) French vanilla with bits of butterfinger and topped with caramel sauce, yum, and of course my favorite for Coffee Lovers Only® Even when you put it in the freezer for later, the ice cream stays soft... great for any time ~ awesome

• 17/5/255 stars always but this time I ordered the medium sizes and I got the smaller sizes. Haven't tried the Coffee Lovers Only® ice cream; I'm sure it will be 5 stars as well. With the Create Your Own Creation I chose cookie dough with some Heath bars and topped off with caramel.... excellent, just not enough to share.
