Whoever prepares the DoorDash orders does a poor job. Every time I place an order, it always arrives incorrect. Paid add-ins are never included, which is money wasted. It's best to go in-store if you're able.

Cold Stone delivery offers the same delicious experience as visiting the store. It's a fun treat to enjoy occasionally, though be aware that each topping costs extra when ordering delivery, which somewhat defeats the purpose compared to visiting in person.

They store never mixes in the ingredients. They often forget to give you the right toppings and if they do they give you the smallest amount. Not worth the money. Way better if you go inside. Doordash wont even give you a refund. 0/10

Wrong size in order. I ordered a medium, received a small. DoorDash is expensive enough let alone to pay extra for a medium only to receive a small.
