• 18/5/26Cold stone has gone downhill. Our cone was stale. The graham cracker and strawberry wasn't as crushed and mixed in as it was in the past. We will not be going to cold stone ever again. The portion was also small for the price.

• 3/6/22Ice cream melted and lid fell off because there was too much ice cream in container. It was a mess, but the ice cream still tasted good. Just melted.

• 7/12/24Everytime I order and pick up through doordash here, they never have my order ready and have to wait an extra 10 mins. Very unattentive and will watch you stand there and wait to be assisted. Worst coldstone

• 11/6/25Milkshakes are always good. I do wish that the brownie bits I ordered in my milkshake wasn't so blended because it I can hardly taste them. Also, not sure if Dashers fault or stores but both our shakes arrived spilled over inside the bag. Shake was all spilled down the sides of the cup. I saw two ice cream cups inside the bag. I'm thinking the store placed the shakes inside of those, then tied up the bag thinking that would keep them stabilized. IMO, it's both dasher & store error. Store should invest in drink carriers for their shakes... & Dasher should be more mindful of carrying shakes & making sure they don't spill.
