• 3/3/23I love this store and the sookie Cookie Doughn't You Want Some® however, when I went to go pick up my order the lady working said the system was down. She made us wait and when I told her what my order was, she rolled her eyes. She proceeded to make something random and not the Cookie Doughn't You Want Some® like I had said. I ordered a triple pint and she gave us 1/2 of the pints worth of ice cream. When she saw that there was barely any ice cream in there, she scooped directly feom the tub into my triple pint. She set the toppings on top instead of mixing them in. She also wasn't using gloves. Such a waste of $23....

• 17/1/25It's good but I can't believe they are not required to put a protective tamper proof sticker on a bag or box of cream in these times!? sorry but they mess up orderers regularly and it's usually a bit melted and bag is always wide open for anyone to mess with items. I fell like it should be mandatory for the amount of money this place charges.

• 24/2/25I wasso excited to try these bu it was a let-down. It tasted stale. As if it'd been in the freezer for a long time. The fros tasted like a freezer and the chocolate shell tasted woody and didn't melt when eating.

• 10/10/26When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready yet, even though the app said it was. The person preparing it was wearing AirPods and received a call. They touched their phone with their gloves on while preparing my order, which bothered me, especially since I had already waited 10 minutes while they helped other customers. They were also out of bananas and didn’t offer me any substitute
